Reunion in Meiringen Friday, 6th May 2011 till Sunday 8th May 2011

of Members of the Deutsche Sherlock Holmes Gesellschaft, the Société Sherlock Holmes de la France, The Société des Etudes holmésiennes de la Suisse Romande and the Reichenbach Irregulars, Meiringen in remembrance of the 120th Anniversary of the final tragic encounter at the Reichenbach Falls between Sherlock Holmes and his arch enemy Professor James Moriarty, which took place on 4th May 1891.

13.30 Official Welcome by the Authorities of Meiringen and a Representative of the Reichenbach Irregulars in front of the Statue of Sherlock Holmes, Meiringen

Aperitif offered by the Community of Meiringen

14.00 on foot on the Sherlock Holmes Trail and then with the Reichenbach Funicular to the Reichenbach Falls

Members will be dressed in Victorian Costume (optional)

17.00 Hotel Englischer Hof

Tea, Meringues and Swiss Flans in the Winter Garden and visit to the Sherlock Holmes Museum in the English Church in various groups.

19.30 Hotel Englischer Hof
Dinner

Viewing of BBC Film "The man who loved Sherlock Holmes" (Richard
Lanceyln Green) and

Screening of Sherlock Holmes Films produced in various overseas
countries.
